A machine-specific air conditioning kit can be installed in just one working day, eliminating the need for lengthy and complicated interventions that can take a machine out of production.

FULLY ELECTRIC

Clima360 is fully electric. This means that the operation of the air conditioner does not limit the operating power of the machines, such as the motor or hydraulics, and the machines can operate at full capacity.

MINIMUM SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The roof lift only raises the height of the machines to a minimum, so it fits safely on top of space-consuming structures. The air conditioning unit increases the height of the machines by only 200 mm.

WITH POLLEN FILTER

The Clima360 roof ventilator also has an internal pollen filter that is easy to clean and replace. This filter protects the intake air, thus preventing contamination of the blower motor and heat exchanger and protecting the operator’s health.

UNHINDERED

Importantly, the air-conditioning unit does not restrict the operator’s view and its installation does not obstruct the use of the machines front windscreen, so the mini excavators opening front windscreen can be fully used after the air-conditioning unit has been installed.

The air conditioner is CE certified and meets European safety and quality standards.

COMFORT & SAFETY

The adjustability of the four air intakes allows the operator to choose the most comfortable direction for the cold air. The individual vents can be infinitely adjusted through 360 degrees to avoid uncomfortable direct exposure of the operator’s head, neck or body to the cold air stream.

The air-conditioning unit is equipped with automatic and eco modes and the cooling temperature can be set in 1 degree Celsius increments. This allows the user to set the desired temperature precisely and save energy in eco mode.

COMPLETE INSTALLATION KIT

The Clima360 air conditioner installation kit contains the necessary service materials and replacement units specific to the machine. This includes sealing paste, a higher capacity alternator, belt, tensioner and other necessary parts. The installation does not require any modification of the machine or the electrical system and therefore does not affect the warranty conditions of the machine.

Last but not least, the installation of a Clima360 air conditioning unit does not in any way compromise the structural properties of the cabin, as it does not affect the main supporting structure. This is an important aspect for the design and safety of the machinery.

If necessary, the condenser of the air conditioner can be easily cleaned after dismantling the cover with a screw joint. Keeping it clean ensures optimum operation of the air conditioning unit in the long term and prevents any loss of condenser efficiency.
